Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our team! As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students of various ages and proficiency levels. Your passion for the subject matter, creativity in teaching, and ability to inspire students are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Teach mathematics to students in accordance with the curriculum
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and activities
- Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and support individualized learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes
- Participate in department meetings, training, and professional development
- Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching mathematics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse teaching environments and student needs
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, theories, and pedagogy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching various age groups
- Familiarity with educational technologies and digital resources
- Knowledge of curriculum design and development
- Leadership or mentorship experience
