Guest Relations & Operational Efficiency: Act as the primary contact for Airbnb guests, ensuring a smooth and satisfying guest experience. Maintain operational standards for properties, ensuring that all listings are current and competitive.
Brand Promotion & Strategic Partnerships: Develop marketing strategies for both Anabel Suites & Apartments and the Airbnb portfolio, targeting embassies, multinational corporations, and government bodies. Utilize traditional and digital marketing strategies to maximize visibility.
Revenue & Occupancy Optimization: Implement pricing strategies that drive profitability and respond to market demand. Work to increase revenue through up-selling, corporate partnerships, and special promotions.
Event Coordination & Market Development: Organize and manage promotional events in partnership with local businesses, increasing brand awareness and driving bookings for both properties.
Social Media & Direct Marketing: Develop and execute social media campaigns and direct marketing efforts aimed at increasing engagement, lead generation, and direct bookings. Leverage SEO and digital tools to enhance online presence.
Team Leadership & Multitasking: Assist in setting both short-term and long-term goals for the marketing team. Oversee day-to-day marketing tasks and ensure seamless coordination among team members, even in a fast-paced environment.
Up-Selling & Cross-Promotion: Identify opportunities for up-selling additional services to guests, such as extended stays or premium services, while fostering cross-promotional initiatives between properties.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on direct bookings, up-sells, and package promotions.
Occupancy & Revenue Growth: Year-over-year increases in both occupancy rates and overall revenue, especially from direct bookings and partnerships.
Social Media Engagement: Increase in followers, engagement rate, and direct bookings originating from social media campaigns.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Number of leads generated through direct marketing and their conversion into bookings or partnerships.
Up-Selling Metrics: Revenue growth tied to up-selling efforts, including extended stays and premium services.
Response Time & Guest Feedback: Maintain a high response rate to guest inquiries and ensure positive guest feedback across platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 Years of Experience in marketing, hospitality, or property management.
Strong communication skills (will be tested during the hiring process).
Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in social media marketing, direct marketing, and SEO strategies.
Up-selling and cross-selling experience with measurable success.
Relationship-building skills, particularly with corporate clients and travel agencies.
