The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and maximize ticket sales for our events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertainment and a proven track record in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Flytime events, talent, and brand initiatives. 2. Campaign Support: · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events. · Assist in creating content for marketing including brochures, flyers, emails and social media posts. 3. Brand Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the Flytime brand, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints. 4. Digital Marketing: · Drive digital marketing initiatives, including the creation and scheduling of social media posts and campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation, analyzing web traffic and engagement links. · Assist in managing the company’s presence on social media platforms and engaging with the audience to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. 5. Event & Product Promotion: · Assist in planning and organizing events such as promotional campaigns for Flytime events, concerts, festivals, and business initiatives to drive sales, attendance, and audience engagement. · Develop creative marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials. · Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure that events run smoothly to maximize brand exposure and audience engagement. 6. Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with Flytime's audience and fan base through engaging content, interactive experiences, and community-building initiatives. Monitor and respond to audience feedback and inquiries across social media platforms and other channels. 7. Data Analysis and Performance Measurement: · Utilize analytics tools and performance metrics to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. · Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and insights to inform decision-making and future strategies for optimization and continuous improvement. 8. Cross- functional Collaboration: · Work closely with other departments such as sales and design to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives. · Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed to execute marketing initiatives effectively. 9. Continuous Learning: · Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing. · Seek opportunities for professional development to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. ● Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in the entertainment industry. ● Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, trends, and analytics. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies. ● Strong project management and organizational skills. ● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ● Familiarity with the Nigerian entertainment industry is a plus. ● Young, Agile & Hardworking with a positive and cooperative mindset.
