Machine Operator - Plastic Blow and Moulding
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic blow and moulding machines. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with blow moulding and injection moulding processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate plastic blow and moulding machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
· Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and efficiency.
· Ability to mix materials properly
· Maintain accurate production records and logs.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
· Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Assist in training new operators as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine operation is a plus.
· Minimum of five years of experience operating plastic blow and moulding machines.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery.
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦110,000.00 - ₦130,000.00 per month
