WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The range of Machine Operator roles varies between categories and technologies.
The Machine Operator is responsible for carrying out general line operations and cleaning regimes according to planned operational requirements to safely deliver a good quality packed product.
Productivity:
Operate assigned equipment in accordance with UL established SOP at commissioned speed.
Demonstrate ownership, report abnormality with assigned equipment to the supervisor and technical team to ensure equipment reliability and achieve target OEE
Performs machine changeovers safely within allocated time
Monitor assigned machine output and ensure compliance with UL quality standards
Participate in shift hand over and maintain accurate shift/ daily performance records
Cleaning:
Ensure assigned equipment and environ is clean and tidy always.
Quality/Quality Assurance:
Ensure that products or processes meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct quality checks and make adjustments as necessary.
Demonstrate good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Autonomous Maintenance:
Implement CLIT as recommended by the Checklist and Tag abnormalities
Safety Compliance:
Strictly adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations.
Ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
Data Management:
Collect and record data related to equipment operation, maintenance, and performance.
Generate reports and maintain records as required.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with technical teams, engineers, and supervisors to optimize equipment performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement process improvements.
Training:
Teachable and Stay updated on the latest technical knowledge and undergo training to enhance skills and adapt to new technologies.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- OND in Science/Engineering related fields.
- Minimum of 5years experience in Nutrition factory.
- Must be a current Machine Operator.
- Must be able to operate more than one machine technology such as RC, Theegarten, Ilapak etc.
- Must have Good attendance record
- Applicant must be a committed team worker
- Must be flexible within pattern of shift work to accommodate factory shutdowns, training courses etc.
