CONTRACT
IT SPECIALIST
Job Summary:
The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and upgrading our IT systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Ensure network security and data integrity through regular updates and backups.
Collaborate with team members to support IT projects and implementations.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT documentation.
Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in network management, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration. Strong knowledge of security protocols, backup procedures, and disaster recovery. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation. Relevant certifications (Comp TIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
