ICT Infrastructure Manager
The ICT Infrastructure Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure of the organization. This position is essential for ensuring that all IT systems, networks, and services are reliable, efficient, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. The ICT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure, including both on premises and cloud solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of various IT systems, hardware, and software, as well as the ability to manage a team of IT professionals effectively.
The ICT Infrastructure Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure that the ICT infrastructure supports the organization's objectives and enhances operational efficiency. This involves developing and executing strategies for infrastructure improvements, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols. The manager will also be responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring of the IT infrastructure, making strategic decisions that impact the organization's technology landscape.
In addition to technical expertise, the ICT Infrastructure Manager must possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
