Human Resource Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years progressive HR experience.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in multiple business sectors, particularly Agri-business, Construction, Investment, Marine Logistics, Real Estate, and Pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to manage HR functions across diverse business units.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Job Location: 3rd Avenue, Gwarimpa Abuja
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
