Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire documentation, setting up training schedules, and conducting orientations.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and paper formats, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
HR Administrative Support: Assist in preparing HR-related reports, memos, and correspondence. Provide support for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and programs to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist in processing payroll changes and updates. Support the HR team with benefits administration and leave management.
Compliance: Ensure HR compliance by supporting the implementation of policies and procedures in line with labor laws and regulations.
General Administrative Tasks: Manage calendars, organize meetings, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
