HR and Compliance Manager
An Energy company in Abuja is looking for an experienced HR business partner to align employees' efforts with the organization's goals.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years as a HR Generalist
- Excellent communications strategist
- A disciplined individual with high moral and ethical standards
- Must have a professional HR Certification or membership.
- A firm personality and high emotional intelligence
- Relevant experience as a performance manager is required
- Impeccable IT skills (email, MS suites, HR software, internet research, templating etc)
- Excellent administrator and records keeper
- Verifiable track record in implementing policies and standards
- Practical knowledge of business operations, policy development, HR interventions, organizational goal alignment and change management
- Availability to resume by November 1st is a plus
