At least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Excellent communications strategist
A disciplined individual with high integrity and strong work ethics
Previous experience in either HR, Operations or Hospital management is required.
A firm personality and high emotional intelligence
Impeccable IT skills (email, MS suites, internet research, templating etc)
Excellent administrator and records keeper
Verifiable track record in implementing policies and standards
Practical knowledge of business operations, policy development, staff management
Availability to resume by 1st December is a plus
