General Manager: Operations and Strategy
Job Summary:
The General Manager Operations and Strategy will be responsible for overseeing general operations of the business. The ideal candidate must be innovative with income strategies, have the ability to manage projects from inception to execution and must be able to manage external contract employees.
Key Responsibility/Technical Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
The General Manager Operations and Strategy will be responsible for overseeing general operations of the business. The ideal candidate must be innovative with income strategies, have the ability to manage projects from inception to execution and must be able to manage external contract employees.
Key Responsibility/Technical Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage projects from inception to execution
- Lead, mentor and develop the operations team
- Manage budgets, resources and inventories
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity
- Streamline operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan
- Identify growth opportunities and formulate strategic initiatives
- Communicate strategic goals and initiatives to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, operations and strategic management or any related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
- Must have strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
- Effective communication skill

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
