Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns through various communications channels in a polite manner.
Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling deliveries, managing routes, and optimizing transportation efficiency.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on service delivery expectations.
Coordinate the delivery of goods, including scheduling shipments, arranging freight services, and ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers or designated destinations.
Utilize Solvent technology to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports for performance analysis and decision-making.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to logistics activities, including shipping documents, inventory records, and performance metrics.
Build and maintain outstanding client relationships.
Identify trends, and make recommendations for operational enhancements.
Keep abreast of company products, services, and policies to provide comprehensive assistance to customers.
Provide support for special projects, initiatives, or initiatives related to logistics optimization, cost reduction, or process improvement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service process.
Other responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or related field
Relevant certifications in administration is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proven experience (6 months) in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within the logistics sector.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem solving skills to address challenges that may arise.
Ability to multitask
Salary Expectation: N40,000 - N50,000
