Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
· Oversee all phases of real estate development projects, ensuring timely delivery from planning to completion.
2. Strategic Planning:
· Develop and implement strategic plans for project pipelines, aligning with company goals and market trends.
3. Financial Oversight:
· Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
· Ensure all developments comply with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations, managing the permitting process.
5. Stakeholder Management:
· Collaborate with investors, stakeholders, and community members to gain support for projects and address concerns.
6. Team Leadership:
· Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure effective collaboration.
7. Market Analysis:
· Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, informing project selection and design decisions.
8. Sales and Marketing
· Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers or investors.
· Meet monthly sales target
9. Risk Management:
· Identify potential risks in development projects and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
10. Quality Control:
· Establish and enforce quality standards for construction and development processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
11. Reporting and Communication:
· Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and milestones.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Master’s preferred)
· At least 5 years’ experience in real estate development, with a proven track record in sales and marketing project management.
· Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Skills:
· Project Management: Ability to lead and oversee complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
· Financial Management: Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
· Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating with investors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
· Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and inspire project teams.
· Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret market data and trends to guide strategic decisions.
· Risk Assessment: Competence in identifying and managing potential project risks.
· Sales and Marketing: Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
· Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to address project challenges.
· Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and quality in all aspects of project development.
