Team Leadership: · Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure effective collaboration. 7. Market Analysis: · Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, informing project selection and design decisions. 8. Sales and Marketing · Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers or investors. · Meet monthly sales target 9. Risk Management: · Identify potential risks in development projects and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and budgets. 10. Quality Control: · Establish and enforce quality standards for construction and development processes to ensure high-quality outcomes. 11. Reporting and Communication: · Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and milestones. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Master’s preferred) · At least 5 years’ experience in real estate development, with a proven track record in sales and marketing project management. · Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets. · Excellent leadership and team management skills. · In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations, zoning laws, and building codes. · Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
