Front Desk Receptionist/Liaison Officer/Content Writer
Job Description: MOART COMPANY LTD is a firm incorporated by the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission in the year 2009 and has its objective and investments in the areas of Real Estate Management, Agriculture and Construction Supports. As the receptionist, Liaison officer and content writer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You'll be responsible for greeting visitors, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments and assisting with general administrative tasks. As the liaison officer you will also act as a intermediary between the company and partners. You will keep our partners/Consultants updated with real time updates on product offers. As content writer, you will produce quality writing contents that connects with target audiences, boosts engagement, and enhances brand awareness. Responsibilities:
Directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors
Scheduling and confirming appointments for real estate agents.
Maintaining and organizing the reception area.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Providing information to clients about available properties and services.
Coordinating with other employees to ensure smooth office operations.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams, or organizations.
Write content that promotes our products and services.
Revise and edit content before publication.
Requirements:
Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
BSc/HND or relevant certification; additional certification in Office Management/digital marketing is a plus Skills:
The ability to resolve disputes and disagreements.
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Experience doing research using multiple sources.
