The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, and reservations, and providing information about products or services.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Handle reservations, bookings, or orders
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Manage administrative tasks, including record keeping and filing
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
Job Qualifications
OND / HND / B.Sc
1 year of experience
Good communication skills.
Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 monthly.
