Finance/Supply Chain Manager
Location: Lekki
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
We seek an experienced Finance/Supply Chain Manager to manage our financial operations and supply chain activities. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting (50%):
1. Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
2. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
4. Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations.
5. Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
Supply Chain (30%):
1. Procure goods, services, and materials.
2. Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
3. Manage inventory levels and optimize stock control.
4. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
General (20%):
1. Provide financial insights to support business growth.
2. Collaborate with departments to achieve organizational goals.
3. Identify areas for process improvement.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
5. Perform special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Professional certification is a plus.
3. 5+ years of experience in accounting and supply chain management.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
5. Proficient in financial software.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
