Responsibilities:
To oversee the administrative, regulatory, marketing, maintenance, and development aspects of commercial and residential real estate facilities.
Manage a team of support staff.
Oversee student enrolment and maintain proper discipline.
Interface with funding agencies and training certification bodies.
Oversee the evolution and growth of the institute.
Requirements:
Morally sound, of impeccable character, proven integrity, and free from financial embarrassment
A minimum of a first degree from a recognized Institution.
A minimum of three (3) years of cogent experience in facility and hospitality sector management level (appropriate certification will be an added advantage)
Demonstrated evidence of strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and administrative competence.
Must have initiative and creativity in good human relations, and positive managerial attributes
Must be proficient in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
