Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the fabrication process.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Manage inventory and procurement of materials needed for production.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 20y ears of experience in fabrication or manufacturing roles, with at least 10 years in a managerial position.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of fabrication processes and quality standards.
Proven ability to improve operational efficiency.
Process Optimization, Quality Control, Inventory Management, Safety Management, Lean Manufacturing.
