About the job: We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive and Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for a busy individual both in their personal life and in the office. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant and a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will manage various aspects of the individual's personal and professional life while also assisting with office organisation, administrative tasks, and meeting coordination. What you’ll do: Personal Assistant Responsibilities: 1. Assist with daily planning and organisation, including creating to-do lists, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. 2. Manage and execute personal tasks such as shopping, running errands, and making appointments. 3. Maintain an organized filing system for personal and professional documents. 4. Manage and track budgets and expenses, ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate. 5. Coordinate and attend meetings on the individual's behalf when required, taking detailed notes and providing thorough follow-up. 6. Serve as the individual's primary point of contact, handling incoming calls, messages, and emails with discretion and professionalism. 7. Provide reminders for important dates, appointments, and events. 8. Anticipate and proactively address the individual's needs, demonstrating high initiative, problem-solving skills, and creativity. 9. Maintain the individual's confidentiality and privacy at all times. 10. Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. 11. Research and suggest creative ideas for leisure activities, events, or experiences tailored to the individual's preferences and interests. 12. Assist with personal projects, such as planning events or organizing special occasions, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity. Executive Assistant and Office Administration Responsibilities: 1. Organise and maintain office documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility. 2. Schedule and attend general meetings in the office, taking minutes and providing administrative support as needed. 3. Assist with general office tasks, such as managing supplies, coordinating mail and packages, and maintaining office equipment. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations and a positive work environment. Availability: The Executive and Personal Assistant will be expected to be available for support daily from Monday to Friday by 8 AM to 8 PM, and by 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays. Responses may not be expected during unspecified times but the assistant should be able to respond to urgent requests or emergencies as needed. What we seek:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, Google Suite, Notion, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and schedules.
Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving and anticipating needs.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
