We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Isheri, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary


  • We're seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO, managing their schedule, communications, and administrative needs.
  • The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, handle details confidentially and professionally, and work closely with the executive to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management:

  • Coordinate complex scheduling, internal/external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure up-to-date schedules and effective meeting planning.
Communication Handling:
  • Manage executive communications (calls, emails, messages) with professionalism and discretion.
  • Draft, edit, and review correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Travel and Event Coordination:
  • Arrange travel plans (flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries).
  • Organize company events, meetings, or client gatherings.
Project Management and Support
  • Assist with key projects, tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports/presentations.
Document and Records Management:
  • Organize and maintain documents, files, and records.
  • Handle confidential documents, ensuring security and compliance.
Expense Reporting and Budget Management:
  • Track executive expenses and prepare expense reports.
  • Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Skills:
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and proactive attitude.
Personal Attributes:
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
