Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO, managing their schedule, communications, and administrative needs.
The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, handle details confidentially and professionally, and work closely with the executive to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management:
Coordinate complex scheduling, internal/external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Ensure up-to-date schedules and effective meeting planning.
Communication Handling:
Manage executive communications (calls, emails, messages) with professionalism and discretion.
Draft, edit, and review correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Organize company events, meetings, or client gatherings.
Project Management and Support
Assist with key projects, tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports/presentations.
Document and Records Management:
Organize and maintain documents, files, and records.
Handle confidential documents, ensuring security and compliance.
Expense Reporting and Budget Management:
Track executive expenses and prepare expense reports.
Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
BSc/HND in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Skills:
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Professional demeanor and proactive attitude.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
