We are seeking an ambitious, high performing, extremely dogged, classy and focused Enterprise Account Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for targeting and acquiring new enterprise customers, demonstrating how our products can meet their needs and help achieve their energy goals. Our ideal Enterprise Account Sales Executive will engage C-Suite Executives, top leaders, heads of parastatals, directors of government bodies, senior executives and boards of directors, with the sole aim of building relationships and driving large scale corporate services and solutions that drive 9 figures. i) Achieving growth and hitting sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. ii) Creating new business opportunities from qualified leads who must consist of C-Suite Executives, top leaders, heads of parastatals, directors of government bodies, senior executives, boards of directors and influencers of large organizations. iii) Build new partners and direct sales agents who will act as re-sellers of our solar appliances and solutions. iv) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with prospects by partnering with them and creating tailored solutions. v) Preparing excellent proposals and presenting product demonstrations to prospective clients. vi) Negotiating complex contracts and proposals, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements. vii) Nurture opportunities to full maturity using multiple customer engagement approaches. viii) Identify associations and points of high profile networks to prospect the company’s business. ix) Initiate events that can attract key players in an identified industry with high rate of conversion and high turnover. x) Maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurately forecasting sales. xi) Logging all sales activities in the company’s repository. xii) Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments. xiii) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS · BSc. in Business Administration or any relevant discipline. · MBA will be an added advantage. · Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling to high profile clients. · Background in solar solutions is an added advantage. · Have verifiable network of high profile clients and business network. · Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. · Experience selling into enterprise accounts. · Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. · Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively. · Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve. · Team-oriented mindset.
