Position Overview: Our client, a well-established brand in the clothing industry, is looking to hire a skilled E-commerce Specialist with expertise in Data Analysis and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving online sales growth by analyzing e-commerce data and optimizing customer engagement through CRM strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, data-driven marketing, and customer behavior in the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the brand's e-commerce platform to increase sales and customer retention.
Analyze e-commerce data (traffic, conversion rates, sales trends) to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and personalize shopping experiences.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, creating detailed reports on website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive targeted email campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs based on customer data insights.
Ensure seamless integration of the e-commerce platform with the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
Work with the product and logistics teams to ensure timely updates of inventory and product listings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an E-commerce Specialist, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
Proven experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
Excellent understanding of online consumer behavior, digital marketing strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the clothing or fashion industry is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies is an added advantage.
Experience with A/B testing and user experience optimization.
