As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our company, delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.
You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner and handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships and identify and escalate priority issues to relevant departments.
Collaborate with colleagues to maximize performance and maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
