We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Customer Service Representative to join our Microfinance Bank. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our banking products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information on banking products and services, making recommendations as needed
- Open new accounts, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Meet sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
