We are looking for an experienced and competent individual to carry out the following duties: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests. Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, and promotions. Process customer transactions efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately. Issue receipts and provide change as needed. Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers. Verify order accuracy before presenting to customers. Monitor and report inventory levels of front-of-house supplies. Assist in restocking and organizing dining area supplies as needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and dining area. Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cash and sensitive information. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service. Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service processes.
