SOBIC and Company MFI is a rapidly expanding, opportunity-creating, and customer-focused microfinance Institution (MFI) in Nigeria. A member, of the Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institutions of Nigeria (ANMFIN), the company registered in July 2008 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with head office located at Ibadan having severalbranches across the states.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Providing introductory information to new customers
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any service
Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
Escalating queries and concerns
Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.
Any other functions as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Must be a computer literate.
Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree in social sciences or other related disciplines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Must be ready to reside within Ibadan.
Salary
N80,000 monthly.
