Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (B2B) Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Salary: ₦200,000 Gross Job Description: Develop and manage relationships with existing business clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with products and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer support. Actively engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer solutions that enhance their experience and loyalty. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Brands. Bachelor’s Degree (Nursing, Pharmacy, or a medical-related field is an advantage). Must be presentable, articulate, and a self-starter.
