Client relations coordinator
- Identify and generate business opportunity through effective sales and marketing strategies that focuses on attracting new clients in the industry.
- Consistently track performance of business development team in line with process objective.
- Identify and evaluate the risk and opportunities inherent in every contract opportunity.
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and step-down training for members of the team.
- Ensuring all technical tenders, commercial tenders, and request for quotation are submitted in line with clients' requirements and specification.
- Participate in business planning, strategy formulation and implementation.
- Identify and develop company's unique value proposition and winning strategy to remain competitive in the industry.
- Participate in industry functions, conferences, exhibitions, and equipment trainings as when required.
- Maintain strong business relationship and network with key industry personnel.
- Evaluating and approving suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors, partners.
- Review client's feedback and driving strategies for improvement.
- Expand the company's business scope through research and gathering market intelligence.
- Register the company as an approved vendor in the major IOC's operating in Nigeria.
- Collaborate with Operations and Procurement team to meet and exceed client's satisfaction by ensuring all requirements are met.
- Increase inflow of RFQs and contract opportunity by identifying operational winning strategies.
- Ensure completion and submission of all received Request for Quotation and NIPEX tenders.
