Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial data analysis and forecasting.
- Ability to drive change and process improvement.
- Fluency on English is must.
- Proven track of success of financial management in complexity.
- Advanced skills in controlling: Planning, Forecasting, Performance Analysis.
- Comprehensive expertise on Accounting, Internal Controls, Tax, Treasury and Group Reporting principles.
- Familiarity to legal context.
- Business acumen i.e Transactional, Systems, Services and Software.
- Technical ability to anticipate business decision consequences on statutory and performance.
- Good understanding of channel approach, GTM principles and pricing dynamics.
- Good understanding of project management and GCP principles.
