Brief: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management as we specialize in Luxury Items such as bags, shoes etc. Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth. Develop and execute business strategies. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Represent the company at events and conferences. Ensure compliance with legal rules. Perform other task assigned. Skills and Requirements Experience as a Business Manager or similar role. Minimum of 4 years of business development or sales experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets individually or as part of a team. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals; having an existing client portfolio is an advantage. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis. Ability to work independently and on your own initiative to expand and generate business.
