Job Description
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
You will leverage your expertise in business structuring and consulting to develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for helping organizations thrive.
Responsibilities
Identify emerging market trends and potential clients. Analyze competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the business consulting and training sectors. -Conduct outreach, attend industry events, and build relationships to generate leads.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their evolving needs and position our services accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.
Work closely with the consulting and training teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within the consulting or training sectors.
Strong understanding of business structuring and organizational development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N200,000 / Month.
