Responsibilities · Acquisition of new clients. · Consistently achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. · Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. · Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. · Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. · Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. · Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. · Creating and implementing plans to deliver new businesses from new market segments. · Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market. · Build and maintain long lasting customer relationships. · Overseeing and developing sales campaigns. · Create and update client profiles. · Excellent networking, selling, negotiation and communication skills. · Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. · Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. · Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Qualifications/Experience · Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related fields. · At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing or related skills. · Strong communication skills and IT fluency. · Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. · Excellent organizational skills. · Driving experience is an added advantage.
