JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager LOCATION: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Job Description/Responsibilities;
Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
Finding new clients, potential services, and market to expand into.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders through cold calls, face to face meetings, property/office visits, and other means to maintain relationships.
Researching and identifying market trends and business conditions to create plans to grow the business.
Consistently tracks the development of marketing strategies and their performance to ensure organization’s budget targets are achieved.
Coordinating with associate partner and other team to develop commercial proposals and making presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
Maintain records, track all proposals in progress and timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities. Aggressively pursues all proposals in progress.
Collaborate with social media manager and digital marketer to create sales marketing, publicity, analyzing market trends and generating leads or sales through various channels of advertisement.
Proven ability to startup and closeup deals.
