Business Development Executive

Who we are:
Healthcare information and instructions can be overwhelming and confusing for patients/caregivers. This is especially true for patients/caregivers who do not speak English as a first language and those who receive medical information on an ongoing basis. For providers, this means increased inefficiencies as they spend additional time and money to help patients understand information.
Med Include helps solve this through a seamless platform that simplifies, translates, and shares medical information/instruction with patients at point of care and beyond. With Med Include, our healthcare partners save up to 36 hours per month and up to 90% of their cost of patient communication.
Med Include is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales and customer relationship.
Job Description
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Development: Actively seek, generate, and follow up with leads
  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Design and execute sales strategies that align with our strategic business goals, ensuring maximum territory coverage
  • Brand Promotion: Actively participate in lead-generation activities such as trade shows, community education events, networking functions, and marketing campaigns
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide detailed sales reports and feedback to leadership
  • Sales Administration: Utilize CRM tools for reporting, managing email correspondence, and analyzing performance
Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Sales Rep with a strong track record in business development
  • Educational Background: A degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent professional experience
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and prior experience with CRM systems
  • Hunter Mentality: Self-starter with the ability to initiate cold calls and build relationships from the ground up
  • Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to network and build lasting relationships
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit, supporting fellow team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
Medical or healthcare background is a bonus but not required.
