Experienced Business Development Executives responsible for identifying, qualifying and onboarding merchants/businesses within a specified geographic location/territory. Job Description ● Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)in onboarding new businesses. ● Develop new sales strategies and models capturing all market verticals ranging from Health & Beauty, Food, Fashion, etc. ● Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness ● Build long lasting client relationships to ensure activity and revenue growth ● Meet personal and team sales targets ● Attend meetings, sales events and training ● Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data ● Manage their client database within their assigned territory ● Having a network of contacts in the e-commerce industry is a plus Experience & Requirements ● B.Sc or its equivalent in any Business related field ● 1-2 years proven work experience as a field sales agent or business development officer or its equivalent in Fintech, FMCGs, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and Retail. ● Good relationship with a network of merchants/businesses in a territory ● Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales in any field ● Excellent negotiation and communication skills ● Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Job Type: Full-time Experience:
