Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Health and Benefits team in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the Nigerian market. Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential client through research, networking and targeted outreach to drive business development and meet sales target
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company's CRM system
Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Stay updated on WTW's products, services, and industry developments
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5 - 7 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits
Strong understanding of the Nigerian health insurance and employee benefits landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
