The Dome Entertainment Limited is a premier entertainment destination offering a variety of games, food and beverages. We're seeking a reliable, courteous and assertive Bouncer to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons. Key Responsibilities: 1. Security and Safety: Ensure the game center's premises are secure, monitor CCTV cameras and respond promptly to incidents. 2. Access Control: Screen and manage entry/exit, checking IDs (if necessary), managing guest lists and enforcing age restrictions. 3. Conflict Resolution: De-escalate disputes, arguments or violent behavior, removing individuals if necessary. 4. Customer Service: Provide assistance, directions and information to patrons. 5. Crowd Control: Manage capacity, queues and crowd movement. 6. Compliance: Enforce game center rules, regulations and policies. 7. Communication: Collaborate with staff, management and security teams. 8. Patron Monitoring: Identify and report suspicious behavior or potential threats. 9. Emergency Response: React promptly to medical emergencies, fires or other crises. 10. Maintenance: Monitor premises cleanliness and report maintenance issues. Requirements: 1. Physical stamina and ability to respond to emergencies. 2. Excellent communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays. 4. Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Security experience (game center, nightclub, hotel or related). 7. Knowledge of local laws, regulations and security procedures. 8. Professional demeanor, assertiveness and calm under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Security certifications (e.g., CSP, PSI). 2. Law enforcement or military background. 3. Customer service experience. 4. Basic life support training.
