Summary of Responsibilities
Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
- To follow up with a recipe and ensure production meets the organization’s standard.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations at all times.
- Avoid materials wastage and ensure production is in line with order.
- Monitor work equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor to avoid breakdown or disruption in the production.
- Ensure availability of materials to avoid stock out etc.
- Trade Test, Technical education or OND in Food Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
- Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of bread or baking techniques.
- Attention to details and ability to work with less supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
