Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Administrator to join our team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, deploying, and managing Azure-based infrastructure solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud administration, including system health monitoring, performance optimization, and security management within the Azure ecosystem.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cloud operations, implement best practices for security and disaster recovery, and manage Office 365 services.
- Design, configure, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure solutions, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity and access management.
- Oversee system health, performance, and security monitoring to implement proactive measures that prevent or mitigate issues.
- Implement and manage identity and access controls, including Azure Active Directory, conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for cloud-based systems.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and internal training.
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Share Point Online, and Teams.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, configuring, deploying, and managing Azure-based infrastructure solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in Azure infrastructure services, including virtualization, networking, storage, and security.
- 3+ years of experience in monitoring and optimizing system health, performance, and security.
- Expertise in Azure Active Directory, conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery practices for cloud-based environments.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services management.
