Assistance to Management for Solar Energy and Tire Business
  • We are a German Nigerian company in the field of solar energy based in Owerri. We sell and install german quality photovoltaic systems and we are looking for a reliable assistant for the management. More information about the company:
  • In addition, we also need support in our Tire Business.
Job Description:
Customer management
  • Greeting customers, recording contact details, advising and coordinating appointments with management
Research tasks
  • Research on current topics in the industry
  • Summary and presentation of the results to the management
Communication
  • Composing e-mails
  • Making telephone calls
  • Support with project presentations
  • Preparation and writing of invoices and offers
Social media
  • Responsible for the social media channels
  • Creation of posts and stories
  • Assistance with the analysis of social media data
Maintenance of the office
  • Cleaning the floor including windows
Stock Management for the tire business
  • Stocktaking and inspection of tyres
  • Preparation and writing of invoices
Working day is from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm including one hour lunch break. Occasionally we also need support on Saturdays. However, this is by prior arrangement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum OND
  • Already completed NYSC
  • Reliability
  • Confident in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good Communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Organized
We offer vacation days and further training. We are looking for someone reliable who wants to work with us for a longer period of time.
Expected entry date: 1st of December 2024
Salary: 60.000 Naira (starting, depending on development, there is the possibility of a salary increase)
