Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with Frutta's overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular sales reports.
- Ensure effective distribution and availability of products in the market.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure optimal placement and visibility of Frutta products within key accounts.
- Implement merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage the sales budget for the area and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
