We're seeking an experienced Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive results-driven campaigns. *Key Responsibilities:* *Campaign Setup and Management:* 1. Plan, create, and execute online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. 2. Conduct market research and analyze competitor advertising strategies. 3. Set up and manage ad campaigns, including targeting, bidding, and ad copy. *Ad Optimization and Reporting:* 1. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI. 2. Optimize ad campaigns for improved performance, including A/B testing and ad rotation. 3. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders. *Budgeting and Forecasting:* 1. Manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple platforms. 2. Forecast campaign performance and provide recommendations for budget allocation. *Collaboration and Communication:* 1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative. 2. Communicate campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders. *Requirements:* *Essential Skills:* 1. 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in an agency or in-house setting. 2. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising platforms. 3. Proficiency in ad creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud. 4. Analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics. 5. Excellent communication and project management skills. *Desirable Skills:* 1. Experience with automation tools, such as Google Ads Scripts. 2. Knowledge of SEO principles and how they impact ad campaigns. 3. Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools. 4.
