Job Position: 2024 Graduate Trainee Programme
Job Location: Lagos Nigeria (Remote)
Objective

This program provides an intensive training and mentorship experience to develop multi-skilled professionals ready to take on key positions in the business.
Candidates will undergo rotations across departments, allowing them to gain a holistic understanding of Dragnet's operations and an immersive experience in cross-functional roles.

Role Responsibilities

Engage in hands-on projects across Testing, Verification, Marketing, Products & Development, and Client Engagement.
Participate in structured training sessions, monthly assessments, and project presentations.
Develop technical and soft skills through personalized mentorship from department heads.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2:2).
Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Candidates should be below 27 years of age, demonstrating a readiness for early-career training.
