To be successful in the role you’ll need excellent communication skills, high standards of integrity and an understanding of Te Ao Māori me ōna Tikanga. A full driver’s licence is essential and a strict attitude toward health and safety. While tutoring experience is an advantage, we also value your skills and previous experience working with rangatahi. An understanding of adult learning and/or knowledge of NZ education standards will also be helpful in the role.
