Service Foods Wellington is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Storeperson to support our fast-paced operations. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with our Pick Packing, Load-out, Logistics, and Dispatch teams. A strong computing background is essential, with proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and SAGE.

Roster: Sunday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities: Manage weight changes, out-of-stocks, and substitutes for all Food Service runs.
Print drafts for all Food Service runs, process adjustments after load-out, and upload finalized documents to the shared Google Drive.
Invoice all Food Service runs, load PODs, and update the daily run sheet with driver and truck registration details.
Monitor key inventory weekly to ensure all keys are accounted for.
Scan and upload daily logbooks for all drivers.
Input credits onto the Google Drive Credit Board.
Address customer queries, investigate missing stock, and liaise with drivers as needed.
Process PM runs, rep runs, and ship orders, assigning tasks to the warehouse team as required.
Support the logistics team as a delivery driver on Sundays and, if necessary, weekdays.
Requirements:
A valid NZ Full Driver’s License with the ability to confidently drive a manual truck in urban environments.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
No criminal record; a Ministry of Justice conviction check is required.
Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Confidence, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Reliability and punctuality.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Relevant work experience with a basic understanding of food ingredients.
Physical strength and fitness; ability to lift up to 25 kg.
A positive attitude, strong organizational, and time management skills.
A team player with a reliable attendance record and transport.
