Venue Manager
We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to run the day to day operation of our bust Kapiti Coast Cafe. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years
experience in managing similar venues. Skilled in managing shifts of up to 15 people. Have experience in rostering and cost management.
You will be responsable for:
Rostering/hiring of new staff
Training of all staff to our standards
Managing costs with in the businesss
Managing general maintainance
Marketing
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business at all times
This is a full time position 5 days per week. The hours and days of work may vary and will include weekends.
