What is the role?
As the Venue Manager for our BRAND NEW Timezone The Base venue, you will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN! Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day. You will be supported by & also provide support to the dynamic & loyal team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
Who are you?
A hands on & effective manager with experience in managing a busy hospitality/retail/entertainment venue
A pro-active and innovative leader that can not only achieve results but inspire your team to push just as hard as you
Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
An astute operator with strong skills in the effective financial management of a venue
Passionate about guest experience & ensuring everyone you serve leaves smiling
