Shift manager
Follow instructions of the manager to achieve all financial targets allocated by the restaurant as per the annual operating plan and/or quarterly forecasts.
- Follow instructions of the manager to Manage COGs %, food waste, labour, cash variance, and all other semi variables ensuring targets are achieved.
- Accurate reporting complete in a timely manner.
- Operate within established guidelines for expenditure and approval authority,
- Ensure that approval is obtained from Manager/Owner where required.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store.
- Be responsible for running shifts and train and coach staff and drive performance.
- Provide input towards staffing and stock requirements.
- Resolve simple and basic complaints of the customers.
- Resolve simple conflicts within staff members.
- Assist staff members at busy times.
- be able to pass drug test
- able to pass the police check
- must have full driver license
