Te Tūranga /About the Role
The Beef Grader is trained to measure carcass size and shape. The role is responsible for the accurate and efficient management of the carcase grading, and the achievement of health and safety, compliance, quality and production objectives.
This is a Night Shift position and interested applicants will need to be available Monday to Friday 4:30pm – 2am approx.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have good attention to detail, be process-driven and be reliable. When issues are identified, you’ll be able to effectively complete corrective actions, as well as maintaining a high level of communication with the processing floor.
